Prepare the Package
Safely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
